Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

5. Specify (in the note) warranty obligations, availability of certificates of conformity, quality certificates for products.
6. When choosing a supplier, the supplier's OTIF (on time in full - i.e. on time and in full) is taken into account. The target is 88%

The price for 1 unit of goods excluding VAT.

Within the framework of the concluded contract at the price per unit of production, the supplier undertakes to supply the required volume of goods and materials to the specified plant. The volumes, terms and bases of deliveries will be negotiated at the conclusion of the application for delivery upon the occurrence of a need.

WHEN FILLING IN THE "PRICE" FIELD, INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COST IN THE PRICE OF THE MATERIAL. LEAVE THE "SHIPPING COST" FIELD EMPTY.
