Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:The required payment terms are 100% payment within 60 calendar days upon delivery of the equipment to the warehouse. Or the provision of an irrevocable and unconditional bank guarantee. Delivery and packaging of MTR include in the price of MTR.

Comments:
1) The term of validity of the offer - for the period of the tender;
2) Warranty obligation of at least 12 months;
3) Specify the price for 1 piece for each item;
4) To provide delivery and packaging of MTR at the expense of the supplier / include in the cost of MTR (to the city of Novotroitsk);
5) Guarantee placement in production on the basis of a letter of guarantee;
6) Specify the minimum possible delivery time from the date of placement in production;
7) Required payment terms - 100% payment within 60 calendar days upon delivery of the equipment to the warehouse. Delivery and packaging of MTR to include in the price of MTR;
8) Special requirements for the quality of the goods - the equipment must be new, not restored;
9) Certificate of conformity, quality certificate - required;
10) Requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the buyer;
11) The supplier's consent to work on EDI.
The Technical and Commercial Proposal is valid for at least 30 calendar days
