Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:Payment for the delivered equipment will be made within 30-60 calendar days after delivery. Prices for the proposed equipment should be indicated in rubles. (RUB) excluding VAT, including transportation costs to the customer’s warehouse, customs duties, fees and other obligatory payments
Delivery terms:Full delivery in January. Delivery is included in the cost of materials, the availability of supporting documents from the manufacturer that the product is new, previously not used.
