Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is provided in the cover letter (Appendix).
2. Offers will not be accepted without uploaded documentation: a commercial offer, a completed calculation of the contract price and a questionnaire.
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of own fleet of equipment, availability of necessary documents for conducting construction activities. quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms, work experience.
4. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
6. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
