2. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (provision of proposals, analysis, technical leveling, decision on nomination).

1. Contractor Questionnaire,
2. List of work types (if not previously provided),
3. A Package of documents for checking the counterparty in the UEB (if not previously provided, it is necessary to provide within 2 weeks from the date of application),
4. Reference list (with a depth of not more than 3 years),
5. Permitting documentation for the performance of this type of work (extract from SRO, license of MES, etc.),
6. Written confirmation of the presence of own certified and having valid certificates of personnel to perform this type of work. (Qualifications, certificates available, etc.).
Requirements for bidders:
1. Execution of works in accordance with the Defective budget according to the Contractor's estimates, agreed with the Customer, in the period from 15.07.2019 G. by 30.11.2019 G.
2. After submission of documents for the 1st stage, in order to form a price offer it is necessary to visit the object of work;
3. Commercial proposals are accepted with locally estimated calculations during the two stages of the tender procedure. When forming the Proposal, take into account that all equipment, according to the defective statement, is delivered in full by the contractor.
4. Presence of experience of performance of these works;
5. Consent to the conclusion of the Customer's model contract,
6. Presence of own certificated and having valid certificates for performance of this type of work of the personnel;
7. OWN material and technical base;
8. Guarantee obligations for performed works;
Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
