conditions of the concluded following an open
request for proposals for the contract are as
follows: The volume of work performed and the
place of execution of works-in strict compliance

14. Payments on completion of the contract shall
be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the
date of signing of the Act of putting into
operation (acceptance of finished construction

Calculations according to the present contract are
carried out payment orders by transferring money
in rubles to the bank account of Contractor
specified in this agreement or otherwise agreed by
the parties. The contractor must contract for a
combined construction and erection risks
insurance, under the conditions laid down in
section 14 of this agreement, and to provide to
the customer an insurance contract signed by the
contractor and the insurance company in 3-piece
original copies, one copy for each party and one
for the customer, as well as no later than 7
business days from the date of execution of this
agreement to pay insurance premium in full, under
the Treaty of combined construction and erection
risks insurance. No later than 4 working days from
the date of payment to provide a certified copy of
the payment order by the contractor with the stamp
of the Bank confirming funds transfer as payment
of insurance premiums under an insurance
contract. The Contractor undertakes to: Deliver to
the construction site equipment and materials, as
well as their acceptance, unloading and storage.
Prior to the production of works registered in the
established order permission to move a
construction and demolition waste, ground
transportation, as well as transportation for
construction and demolition waste disposal at
landfills, ground transportation specialized
according to permissions. Erected on the territory
of the worksite all temporary facilities required
for the proper storage of materials and equipment,
as well as the performance of the work under this
contract. Implemented in accordance with the
established procedure, the provisional accession
of communication for a period of execution of
works and newly constructed communications
connection at the connection points within the
framework of a project document. To obtain the
necessary permits and registration of the rights
to use adjacent to the construction site of a
territory for the purpose of performance of works
(delivery and storage of materials, vehicles,
etc.). Provide content and cleaning the
construction site and the adjacent territory. Take

of signing of the Act of acceptance of a complete

before delivery to the construction site brings

relevant equipment and materials. On completion
must be fulfilled: environmental and fire
protection activities under the project document;
waste arising from construction works. Final
placement or dumping of waste at the site is not
allowed. The risk of accidental loss of or damage
to an object in a part of the scope of work,
confirmed by the signed acceptance acts of works
done according to the form of COP 2, pass to the
customer upon signing of the acceptance of the
executed works in form of COP 2. The Contractor
undertakes to enter into a contract of combined
insurance risks of accidental loss or accidental
damage to the facility, supplies, equipment and
other property used in the performance of work,
responsibility for damage caused to third parties
during construction and installation works at the
site (hereinafter referred to as the insurance
contract) is in full compliance with the draft
insurance contract. As the beneficiary in the
insurance contract must be specified also the
customer against the risk of loss (destruction),
shortage or damage of equipment or materials, the
results of work performed in the case and since
the transfer of risk of loss, damage to the
customer. 9. Cost of contract (price) is
2,856,989.18 rubles, including VAT 18%. If in the
application form indicate the value of products

contract system in the area of procurement of
goods, works and services for public and community
needs; must have the necessary professional
knowledge, managerial capability and have all the
necessary resource capacity (financial, logistic,
production, labour), namely: over the past 3 years
have at least 1 of the completed contract work
performed (including amounts) laid down the terms
of reference; have the necessary own or leased
logistical resources (machines and mechanisms,
special devices and tools, etc.) for the work
covered by the terms of reference; employ your own
or attracted by the human resources necessary for
the full and timely implementation of the work
covered by the terms of reference, having all the
necessary knowledge and skills; civil liability
during construction and installation works of the
participant must be insured; must not have unpaid
taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to the

over the past reporting period, at a rate of more

applicant according to the accounting

the work with the customer and its affiliates

compliance with these requirements; a detailed
description of the purchased products, the draft
Treaty, as well as a description of the
procurement procedures contained in the RFP
documentation. 12. To participate in the request

registration set forth in the RFP documentation.

22. Procurement Commission determines the winner
of the request for proposals, as a party to the

customer. 23. After receipt of notification of the
results of the procedure, the winner within 10
calendar days shall provide customer address,
filled in and signed draft agreements with all
applications. 24. The contract following an open
request for proposals between the customer and the
winner will be concluded within 20 calendar days
on the basis of the minutes of the meeting of the
procurement Commission to wrap up the open request
for proposals, but not earlier than 10 days after
the signing of the Protocol of the meeting of the

for proposals. In cases where actions (inaction)
of a customer in carrying out procurement appealed
to the Antimonopoly authority or by the courts,
the contract must be signed within 20 calendar
days from the date of entry into force of decision
of the Antimonopoly authority or judicial act,
which provides for the conclusion of the contract.

26. Notification about procedure of open request
of proposals is not bidding notice (tender or
auction), and does not impose on the customer's
obligations under a contract with a person, the
application of which is recognized as best.
27. The customer does not assume obligations under
the settlement of a visiting staff of the
contractor.
