PJSC «Vympelcom» invites organizations to participate in the qualification procedure and choice of service provider to implement the CMP in the administrative offices of Irkutsk
Supplier qualification and election procedure will be held at the e-marketplace B2b-energo (https://www.b2b-energo.ru)
For participation in the Organization, you must apply for this:
1. Fill out the form and provide it to scan-copy, in PDF format, signed by an authorized representative of
2. Prepare a separate PDF files the following documents:
a. Extract from the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER dated date of no more than 3-month Statute of limitations;
b. Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
c. Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
d. Certificate of registration in the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER;
e. A letter of assurance about the non-affiliation;
f. Help in any form: the company is not insolvent or bankrupt, is not in the process of liquidation, the assets of the company are not subject to arrest, economic activity of the company is not suspended, there is no indebtedness for obligatory payments to the budget
3. Fill in info file and provide in xls format.
4. The completed file in xls format and pdf signed "Declaration of compliance", and scan all the copies of the documents referred to in it
5. The completed file "balance" 2016-2017 data fin statements (Balance data in F1 and F2 results FY) in xls format and forms themselves balance fin results for 2016 and 2017 in pdf format
6. Filled with "KP" file for each lot in pdf and xls format and Protocol proposal contract price for all Lots-one in pdf format
7. The same pass to acquaint other documents: Contract specification, Procurement documentation, etc.
