4. 5. Requirements for procurement participants:
5.1. Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears on taxes and fees for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.
5.2. Ensuring the fulfillment of the terms of the contract is carried out by providing an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract, in the amount of 10% of the contract price. In the absence of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract, funds in the amount of 5% of the cost from each acceptance of the completed Works are withheld from payment as security for the fulfillment of obligations under the contract.
5.3. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of registration of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility by the acceptance commission KS-14 or the Acceptance Certificate for operation completed major repairs of the Object.
5.4. The fulfillment of the obligations of the warranty period by the Subcontractor is ensured by the submission of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee for the fulfillment of obligations within the Warranty Period in the amount of 5% of the cost of the works, services, materials and equipment delivered as part of the object, or by withholding this amount until the end of the warranty period.
5.5. Execution of registration, submission to the controlling services of the construction control of the Customer and transfer to the Contractor of permits and executive documentation in full.

7. Special conditions for the delivery of goods, performance of works, provision of services
