Implementation of repair works on the premises of the Head Office of PJSC "AK BARS" Bank after dismantling cherezstennyh ATMs.

Условия оплаты:No later than 38 (thirty eight) working days from the date of signing of this Agreement Customer transfers to the Contractor the initial payment of $ __ (__)% of the value of the work specified in para. 1.4 of this contract, on the basis of the Contractor's account.
The amount of the initial payment of the Customer is credited with the final settlement of the Parties for completed and delivered to the customer work.
The final settlement of $ __ (__)% of the value of the work specified in para. 1.4 of this contract, shall be received not later than 53 (fifty three) business days from the date of acceptance by the Customer results.
The final calculation is made on the basis of the following documents:
- processed in the order of the Act of acceptance of work performed (KS-2), the information on the cost of work performed (KS-3);
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax legislation;
- invoice, the Contractor exposed;
- signed by the parties Reconciliation Act under the agreement.
In the case of defect detection work and / or contractor failure of any of said documents in this paragraph, or the presence of these incomplete or inaccurate information, the customer is entitled to withhold payment.
