Payment terms:Payment for work is carried out in the following order (recommended option):
1.1. 93% of the cost of work performed within 90 calendar days from the end date of the month in which the acts of form KS-2, KS-3 were signed;
1.2. 7% of the cost of work performed is held under a 2 year warranty period.
The parties agreed that withholding this guarantee payment is not an overdue obligation of the Customer. The customer is entitled to set off the amount of the specified guarantee payment to the account payable.
Delivery terms:The Elginsky coal deposit is located in the central part of the Tokinsky coal-bearing region, west of Lake. Big Toko. By administrative division, the deposit area is located in the territory subordinate to the Neryungrinsky district of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), close to the administrative borders of Yakutia with the Amur Region and Khabarovsk Territory.
Temporary access road railway line with a length of PK 0 00 - PK 317 00 to the Elginsky coal deposit from Ulak station (00 km) to Elga station.
