1) Before the expiry of the opening of envelopes with proposals, be sure to load the application for submission of the Offer (on Forms 6.1, 6.2) with the last cost, placed on the ETP, and documents specified in the information card of paragraph 15 of the documentation;
2) In the absence of these documents on the electronic trading site, the participant's offer will be rejected. If the uploaded documents of the participant are not fully available, a request of the missing document is possible by the customer's decision;
3) Detailed description of the subject of purchase, terms of performance of works, contact persons on questions of clarification of technical specification are specified in the purchase documentation.
4) The Organizer reserves the right to carry out the regrind after the procedure of evaluation and comparison of applications of participants.
The participant who took part in the regrind, before the expiry of the period of termination of the regrind is obliged to load in the system the application on submission of the Offer on regrind (on Forms 6.1, 6.2) and the estimate documentation on the sum, submitted during the course of the process.
