Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment for completed work be carried out in two stages:
1. phase-advance payment is paid 50% of the price of the contract within 10 banking days after the conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice;
2. stage-after running 100% of the work under the contract, the remaining amount is paid in accordance with the contract within 10 (ten) banking days after the signature of the customer acceptance certificate of executed works and the Act of entering a premises in operation. Acts of acceptance of the executed works (form CS-2, CS-3, with provision of invoices for all materials used in accordance with the estimated calculation) are issued within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing of the Act by entering premises in operation. The Act of entering a premises in operation shall be signed by the customer within 10 (ten) working days after providing the full set of documentation in 2 (two) copies. The documents included Executive documentation, must be certified by the seal of the Contractor
Delivery terms:work execution is carried out within 60 (sixty) days after the signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer of premises for repair.
