Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:It is preferable to pay within 20 banking days after signing the act of completed works.

Comments:
The price includes all expenses of the Participant made by him in the course of work, including insurance, payment of taxes, fees and other mandatory payments related to the fulfillment of obligations under the contract under this tender, as well as transportation, travel expenses, accommodation and meals for specialists (if necessary) – to perform the work.
