- the consignment note form TORG-12 (Universal Transfer Document - hereinafter referred to as UPD) signed by the Parties for the entire consignment of goods.
- an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements provided for by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- the invoice issued by the Supplier for payment.
