Comments: LLC "Albazino Resources" offers to take part in the competition for the performance of work on electrical measurements and equipment adjustment.
Place of work:
The Polina Osipenko district of the Khabarovsk Territory, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous key in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazinsky mining and Processing Plant. The coordinates of the Albazino site (latitude 52° 51 17.7, longitude 137° 53 2.6).
Name of works:
1. Measurement of insulation resistance of 0.4 kV cable lines;
2. Measurement of insulation resistance of 6 kV cable lines;
3. Measurement of insulation resistance of transformers TM 6/0.4 kV;
4. Measuring the resistance of transformer windings.
5. Measurement of insulation resistance of asynchronous motors with a 0.4 kV closed-loop rotor;
6. Measurement of insulation resistance of electric motors with a 6 kV phase rotor;
7. Measurement of insulation resistance KRU-6kV;
8. Measurement of resistance of grounding devices of outdoor electrical installations - KTPN, YAKNO, grounding circuits of buildings, structures;
9. Measuring the resistance of lightning protection devices;
10. Checking the presence of a circuit between the grounding device and the grounded elements (PTEEP p.2.7.13, p.2.8.5);
11. Measurement of the breakdown voltage of transformer oil;
12. Setting up (setting up) of RSIA devices (MTO, MTZ, TZNP, AVR).
Composition and scope of work:
According to Appendices No. 1, No. 2 to the TOR.
Terms of work:
The planned number of visits to the Customer's facility three times a year;
Approximate terms of services: June, August, October annually;
The term of the contract is from 01.06.2022 to 31.05.2023 with annual prolongation.
Mandatory requirements for the Contractor:
1. The testing laboratory and portable equipment must have certificates of registration with the Rostechnadzor authority;
2. To make registration of the performed works according to PUE and PTEEP;
3. Work should be carried out in accordance with the regulatory and technical documentation and instructions of the equipment manufacturers on their own without involving the Customer's resources (including fuel and lubricants);
4. Have a valid certificate of registration of an electrical laboratory with a list of permissive types of tests and measurements with the right to perform tests and (or) measurements of electrical equipment up to 35 kV with a valid term;
5. Electrical equipment of the testing laboratory, measuring instruments must comply with the current rules and standards of testing;
6. The personnel of the electrical laboratory must have an admission of at least 4 qualification group for electrical safety or 5 qualification group;
7. Independently provide transport for the movement of specialists and equipment at the Customer's facility.
Accommodation, meals, staff delivery:
1. Accommodation of the Contractor's personnel at the place of work is provided by the Customer in the dormitory of the shift settlement of the Albazino site without further re-presentation of costs;
2. Meals and household services of the Contractor's personnel at the place of work are carried out at the expense of the Contractor. In order to organize catering and consumer services, the Contractor must conclude an agreement with Korpus Group Ural LLC, the company providing these services at the Customer's site (the form of the agreement with Korpus Group Ural LLC is given in Appendix No. 3 to the letter). The contract with Corp Group Ural LLC is concluded after the approval of the results of the procurement procedure and the conclusion of the contract between Albazino Resources LLC and the Contractor;
3. The costs incurred by the Contractor are subject to payment as part of the variable part of the cost of work on the basis of supporting documents.
Mobilization/demobilization of personnel, machinery and equipment:
1. The Contractor's mobilization is carried out at the written request of the Customer within the terms agreed by the parties;
2. The contractor independently ensures the travel of its employees:
- when mobilising to the Customer's facility - from the location of the Contractor's organization to the collection point in Komsomolsk-on-Amur;
- when leaving the Customer's facility - from Komsomolsk-on-Amur to the location of the Contractor's organization;
4. Travel of personnel from the collection point in Komsomolsk-on-Amur to AGOK and back will be organized by the Customer's motor transport and at the Customer's expense without further cost overstatement;
5. The contractor independently ensures the delivery of machinery, equipment and goods from the location to the place of work and back;
6. The costs incurred by the Contractor are subject to payment as part of the variable part of the cost of work on the basis of supporting documents.
7. Before arriving at the Customer's facility, it is mandatory to provide the conclusion of the medical commission for each employee of the Contractor.
Provision of fuel and lubricants:
1. The contractor independently and at his own expense ensures timely refueling of equipment with fuel;
2. In order to provide the equipment used in the course of work with fuel, the Contractor must conclude an agreement with Polymetal DV LLC, the operator for the supply and refueling of fuel at the Customer's facility.
3. Current fuel tariffs (to be further clarified with the operator):
Gasoline AI-92 - 68.16 rubles/kg without VAT;
Euro class 2 diesel fuel (DT-Z-K5) - 67.75 RUB/kg without VAT;
Arctic diesel fuel (DT-A-K5) - 72.33 rubles/kg without VAT;
DT Euro off-season grade E (DT-E-K5) - 74.76 rubles/kg without VAT.
Mandatory requirements for OT and PB:
1. Availability of a labor protection system (OSS);
2. Availability of a certificate of quality management system for compliance with ISO (possibly GOST R);
3. Information about injuries, the number of accidents over the past year, stat forms. Reporting 1-T - Working conditions, Form 7 - Injuries;
4. The presence of a service or a specialist in OT and PB in the staffing table.
Other conditions:
Indexation of tariffs for work is possible 1 time per year, no more than the inflation rate established in the Russian Federation for the previous 12 months, according to Rosstat.

- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 4 to the letter).
