Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% post-payment, not earlier than the expiration date of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the MTS Acceptance Certificate of Works. At the same time, payment for the Order is made by MTS to the Partner's settlement account on the next Payment Day (02 and 17 of each calendar month) after the expiration of the 30-day period
Delivery terms:The planned deadline for the completion of work on the modernization of security systems and commissioning into trial operation is 45 working days from the date of signing the Contract, but no later than 01092023. The trial operation period is 14 days.
