Payment terms:
Payment for the rendered Services is carried out within 60 -90 calendar days from the date of the provision of services on the basis of the original invoice and the act of completion of the work of the Supplier.
1. Prices for Services remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract.
2. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the provider without disagreement.
3. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
Delivery terms:
Semi-trailer special 99682-0000010 (TsT-25 M-03), manufactured by Sibneftemash OJSC in 2011, release (2 units). The total mass of the semi-trailer is 40,000 kg.
Load distribution at full weight: on a saddle device - 16,000 kg., on the front axle - 8,000 kg., on the middle axle - 8,000 kg., on the rear axle - 8,000 kg.
The goal of the conversion is to replace the Tonar triaxial spring suspension with a triaxial air suspension with BPW axles.

General requirements for the production of work:
Before starting the provision of the Services, the Contractor must pass a technical audit. (Full-time and part-time form)
The work must be carried out by the specialists of the contracting organization in full accordance with the agreed schedule of work and estimates approved in the contract.
Materials, components, tools and fixtures used during the work are included in the cost of work and are not subject to additional payment by the Customer.
It is necessary to carry out work by specialists trained and certified to carry out the corresponding operations. Each employee of the contracting organization must have a certificate confirming qualifications, as well as the necessary tolerances for the performance of specialized types of work.
After completion of work, the Contractor is obliged to present to the Customer the executive documentation: certificate of acceptance of work performed, invoice, invoice.
Requirements for the quality of work and materials used:
The quality of work performed must meet the requirements of state standards, technical specifications, technical documentation and other regulatory acts.
All used spare parts and materials must be new, not previously used and not restored, and have the appropriate certificates.
Work safety requirements:
All personnel of the Contractor involved in the performance of the work under this Agreement must be trained in all processes and types of work, have the appropriate qualifications, have experience, skills and ability to perform work in accordance with industry practice, have all the necessary certifications and certificates, tolerances.
Warranty Requirements:
The warranty period for work performed, materials must be at least 12 months from the date of signing of the act of acceptance of work performed. Defects arising during the operation must be eliminated by the Contractor within 5 working days from the date the customer submits an application for their elimination.
