The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:Payment for the Work is made by the Customer within 60 days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of acceptance of the work after issuing an invoice issued in accordance with Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, provided that the work is done properly and within the agreed time frame.
Delivery terms:- cleaning of cyclones, decarbonizer, cyclone heat exchanger flues – 5 days from 23.03.2023 to 28.03.2023;
- cleaning of bunkers – 3 days from 22.03.2023 to 25.03.2023.
