Payment of funds in the amount of 5% of the cost of the work performed by the contractor shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the act of acceptance of completed works in respect of the last stage (hereinafter-the Final Act of acceptance Provided by the contractor for payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment) and ensuring the performance of the contractor's warranty obligations.
