Payment terms:
Payment for the work submitted is made separately for "Construction and installation works", "Finishing materials (supply of the General contractor)" and "Rough materials (supply of the General contractor)" at the unit prices indicated in the columns of the same name in the calculation of the cost (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement), based on the documents signed by the General Contractor in the form of KS-2, KS-3, namely:
- "Finishing materials (supply of the General contractor)" and "Draft materials (supply of the General contractor)" in the amount of 100% of the amount specified in the documents in the form KS-2, KS-3, the General contractor pays no later than 30 (thirty ) calendar days from the date of signing by the General Contractor of forms KS-2, KS-3 for the reporting period and the provision by the Contractor of an invoice, invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation,
- "Construction and installation works" in the amount of 90% of the amount specified in the documents in the form KS-2, KS-3, the General Contractor pays no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the General Contractor of the forms KS-2, KS-3 for the reporting period and the provision by the Contractor of an invoice, invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- "Construction and installation works" in the amount of 9% of the amount specified in the documents in the form of KS-2, KS-3 (hereinafter referred to as the "reservation amount"), the General Contractor pays within the period specified in clause 5.1.2 of the Agreement.
- "Construction and installation works" in the amount of 1% of the amount specified in the documents in the form of KS-2, KS-3 ("guarantee amount"), the General Contractor withholds until the expiration of the warranty period provided for in clause 11.2.1 of the Agreement for the result of work under the Agreement and pays within 10 banking days from the end date of the specified warranty period.
