Comments:
The scope of work on the area of warehouse No.6,536.77m2:
- Installation of a metal frame from a 100mm profile pipe for fixing sandwich panels;
- Installation of partitions and ceilings from sandwich panels;
- Installation of refrigeration equipment in a chamber with a temperature regime of +5;
- Wiring of electrics, connection of lighting devices;
- Hanging doors;
- Arrangement of equipment.

The contract includes the following types of work:
- drawing up a schedule of work;
- drafting and approval of the PPR;
- organization of an effective construction process of the facility;
- production of works within the time limits established by the schedule of works;
- compliance with the approved construction budget;
- quality control of works;
- control of compliance with fire safety standards, labor protection, safety, environmental protection, as well as rules of conduct on the territory of an operating industrial enterprise;
- conclusion of contracts with suppliers, provision of construction materials, structures and equipment;
- formation and transfer of executive documentation to the customer;
- presentation of the object of the acceptance commission;

The scope of work is determined according to the project documentation and the work volume statements and includes sections:
AR.1 Drawing sheet. Explanatory note;
AR.4 Warehouse No. 6. Installation plan;
AR.5 Warehouse No. 6. Ceiling plan;
AR.6 Sandwich panel attachment points;
AR.8 Warehouse No. 6. Layout of lamps and switches;
AR.9 Warehouse No. 6. Layout of sockets.
