Payment of Works is made by transferring funds to the account of the Subcontractor. Payment for the completed Works within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of the signing by the Parties of the Act on Acceptance of Works Performed (COP-2) and the Certificate on the Cost of Works and Costs (COP-3), Executive documentation, as well as receipt of invoices from the Subcontractor and invoices issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, together with confirming Localization of Works necessary documents as set out in Annex No. 9 to the Treaty
