Comments:
- To ensure the study of engineering-geological and hydrogeological conditions;
- Perform collection and analysis of archival data;
- Drilling of wells should be carried out by column or shock-rope methods,
shortened flights;
- Perform geological documentation of the well core;
- To carry out the on-site documentation of the core of mine workings (wells);
- In the process of drilling and documentation, provide for
control over the care of the drilling projectile, changing the drilling mode;
- The selection of monoliths should be carried out using a column tube, the packaging and
transportation of samples to the laboratory should be carried out in accordance with the requirements
GOST 12071-2014 and other regulatory documents;
- Laboratory studies of soils and groundwater should be carried out only in
accredited laboratories, in accordance with the applicable regulatory
documents. To substantiate the composition of laboratory studies in the Program
research;
- Provide the necessary regulatory and design characteristics
of the selected IGE;
- Perform laboratory studies of physical and mechanical properties of soils;
- To determine the aggressiveness of soils and groundwater to metal and
reinforced concrete structures;
- Perform sampling of undisturbed addition in a volume that ensures
the separation of the section into engineering and geological elements (IGE);
- The total number of samples for each of the selected IGE should be
sufficient to obtain reliable and statistically reliable

characteristics identified by IGE according to GOST 20522-2012. To define
mechanical properties of soils to take at least 6 samples of undisturbed structure
for each isolated IGE;
- To determine the physical properties of soils, take at least 10 samples for
each selected IGE;
- The calculated characteristics should be given with a confidence
probability of 0.85 and 0.95;
- Identify complex or hazardous geological processes and make recommendations
on the implementation of appropriate measures;
- To determine the category of soils according to the difficulty of development by the GESN mechanisms;
- To clarify the category of complexity of engineering and geological conditions;
- Prepare a forecast of possible changes in the ISU over time;
- Prepare a forecast of possible changes in hydrogeological conditions over
time, indicating specific groundwater levels;
- Perform soil tests by static probing to a drilling depth
of at least 25 points along the contour and under the building spot (black outline on
the diagram);
- The results of the sounding should include data on the bearing capacity of piles
with a cross section of 300x300 and 350x350;
- Specify the area of seismic activity (for map SR A);
- Specify the filtering coefficients for each IGE;
- At the request of the Customer, submit for inspection and acceptance of engineering
copies of field journals and raw laboratory data;
- The Contractor is obliged to provide daily reports on the Customer's form (in
graphic and text form);
- The characteristics of the structures, the location and number of wells are shown in the
diagram. The location of the wells should be adjusted in accordance with the topography,
actually located underground networks on the survey site.
- The depth of the wells, previously, take 20 m, from the existing relief.
Drilling should be carried out to a depth, according to the Requirements Specification, or to rocky or
poorly deformable soils (taking into account the requirements of SP 446.1325800.2019 p.7.1.10),
capable of receiving loads from pile racks with penetration into the layer, according
to the requirements of regulatory documentation, if such soils are opened
at a depth less than indicated above.
- Wells should be damped with drilled soil at the end of drilling, and, if
necessary, with cement mortar.
- To install a camera with GPS on the mast of the drilling rig or on a tripod, next to the drilling rig,
to take pictures of each well, including TSZ from the beginning to the end of the work. During, and at
the end of the work, the video files are transferred to the Customer. For each well
there is a separate file with the number of the well and the TSZ. Each video should
show the time, date and GPS coordinates of the shooting.
At the beginning of each video, perform a sub-recording of the GPS receiver with the well number and
coordinates.
In case of identification in the course of field engineering surveys of unforeseen
complex or hazardous natural and man-made conditions that may
adversely affect the construction and operation of structures and
habitat, the contractor of engineering surveys must inform the developer or
technical customer of the need for additional study and
amendments to the contract regarding changes in volumes, types and methods of work.
- For each well, the Contractor makes a calculation of the drilled material with
photofixation. The photos are transferred to the customer in the course of the work and
attached to the report - for each well.
- For each field test (stamp test, pressiometer, cut
soil, dynamic and static sensing) The contractor does
photofixation of the process, transmits it to the customer in the course of work and
attaches it to the report - for each point and test.
- The Customer, in order to control the Contractor's work, has the right to perform control drilling
by a third-party organization. In case of discrepancies between the materials
obtained by the Contractor and during the control drilling, the Customer has the right to
withhold from the Contractor the full cost of the survey.

Survey in order to obtain information about the current state
of the site, its relief, determination of the position of engineering networks, buildings
and structures (including underground), transmission lines, etc. Obtaining
the necessary and sufficient data for the design of project and
working documentation, passing expert bodies and obtaining
building permits.
The boundaries of the survey and the scope of work according to the attached diagram.
Requirements for engineering and geodetic surveys:
- Perform a topographic survey on a scale of M1:500 with a section
of the relief through 0.5 m, the coordinate system is local; the elevation system is
Baltic. The pitch of the pickets is 15x15 m;
- To carry out topographic survey in accordance with the requirements
of the current regulatory documents;
- Topographic survey should be performed with an electric total station and/or
using a GPS receiver;
- Determine and apply to the survey the location and owners
(balance holders), all existing above-ground and underground
structures, engineering networks, indicate the depth of laying, diameter,
pipe materials, voltage, pressure, type of supports, pillars;
- Draw the boundaries of the examined storage unit and adjacent sections, if
necessary, indicate in the report on the need to clarify the boundaries
of the section(s);
- Identify and apply to the survey of road owners;
- To coordinate the passage of underground communications networks
with owners and/or operating organizations;
- Perform air defense justification, etc.
