Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear suppliers, we draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the deadline for submitting applications.

To participate in electronic bidding, you need to upload the following documents to the ETP:
1. Appendices No. 3 signed by the responsible person;
2. A completed counterparty card (Appendix No. 2) in electronic Excel format (all items are required to be filled in, changing the table format is strictly prohibited); Instructions for filling in can be found in Appendix No. 2.1;
3. scanned copy of the statement of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (no later than a month ago at the time of submission);
4. Documents confirming that the SPACECRAFT has sufficient production resources to provide services under the contract:
* information on the average number of employees for 2021 and 1Q 2022
* certificate of absence of tax arrears;
* confirmation of payment of payroll taxes (personal income tax and contributions to social funds) for 2021;
• the latest reporting with data on insured persons sent to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, when reporting via telecommunication channels, copies with marks of their acceptance or receipts of a special communication operator.
5. Accounting statements of the counterparty for 2021
If the full package of documents is not provided, the initiator of the competition has the right to make a requery of the documents not provided. If the documents are not provided on time after the requery, the participant is disqualified.


This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
