Instructions for submitting proposals:
File "TK SMR 2023 (by region)" it contains the following sheets: "Price List", "Competition Budget", "Opening of JSC Express", "Opening of JSC Central".
The "Price List" contains information on the supply and presentation of services, with prices - The Participant of the Request for Proposals confirms his readiness to perform construction and installation and repair and construction work, based on the prices in the Price List. In addition to the estimated cost, the distance coefficient is added. The coefficients declared by the Participant include all costs incurred by the Participant when performing construction and installation works and repair and construction works related to the delivery of construction materials to the place of work, distance from the Participant's location, namely: transportation costs (delivery of tools, materials), travel expenses of workers (travel, meals, accommodation), other overhead costs. The value of the coefficient directly depends on the remoteness of the Customer's object, on the locations of the contractor organization, and is calculated by the Participant of the Tender. The coefficients of remoteness to construction and installation and repair and construction works within the framework of discoveries, relocations, targeted programs (individual improvements), with a limit of no more than 1.17. With the exception of works whose cost is less than 50,000 rubles and more than 400,000.00 rubles.

PRICES ARE INDICATED WITHOUT VAT.
The "Budget Contest" sheet contains the necessary summary information on lots, price data excluding VAT, In column 4 the final value is displayed (the sum of the cost of the Lot, taking into account the coefficient from the "Price List"), which must be indicated on the ETP for the corresponding Lot – the price is displayed without VAT.

Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the calculation file with the preservation of all sheets.


When filling out the "Supplier Requirements" file, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the draft Contract and Additional Agreements. At the stage of concluding an Agreement with the Winner , there is no provision for making adjustments to the Agreement .

General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to the ETP
1. A certified scanned copy of the final proposal "TK SMR 2023", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file and in Excel format;
2. A company card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name, contact phone number, e-mail – required;
3. Completed and certified "Supplier Requirements" file, letters of recommendation from customers

Documentation from the participant must meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

For information, the Buyer's contract form, an additional agreement on EDI and an additional agreement on tax clauses are posted on the ETP

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
