Instructions for submitting proposals:
The file "TK SMR 2022" contains sheets, "Price List", "Budget of the Competition"
The "Price list" contains information on the supply and presentation of services, with prices - The participant of the request for proposals confirms his readiness to perform construction and installation and repair and construction work, based on the prices in the Price List. In addition to the estimated cost, the distance coefficient is added. The coefficients declared by the Participant include all costs incurred by the Participant when performing construction and installation works and repair and construction works related to the delivery of construction materials to the place of work, distance from the Participant's location, namely: transportation costs (delivery of tools, materials), travel expenses of workers (travel, meals, accommodation), other overhead costs. The value of the coefficient directly depends on the remoteness of the Customer's facility, on the locations of the contractor organization, and is calculated by the Participant of the Tender. The coefficients of remoteness to construction and installation and repair and construction works within the framework of discoveries, relocations, address programs (individual improvements), current ones are applied in the Supplier's home city with a limit of no more than 1.17 coefficient.

(For example, if the Participant's place of residence is Samara, then the coefficient on the territory of the Samara region cannot exceed 1.05 coefficient). Also, the remoteness coefficient does not apply to objects for which the cost of construction and installation work exceeds 400,000 rubles.

PRICES ARE INDICATED WITHOUT VAT.
The "Budget Competition" sheet contains the necessary summary information on lots, price data excluding VAT, In column 4 the final value is displayed (the sum of the cost of the Lot, taking into account the coefficient from the "Price" Sheet), which must be indicated on the ETP for the corresponding Lot – the price is displayed without VAT.
At the stages of rebidding, updated information is also entered From Column 4 of the "Competition Budget" sheet after adjusting the coefficients.
Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the calculation file with the preservation of all sheets.


When filling out the "Supplier Requirements" file, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the draft Contract and Additional Agreements. At the stage of concluding an Agreement with the Winner , there is no provision for making adjustments to the Agreement .

General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to the ETP
1. A certified scanned copy of the final proposal "TK SMR 2022 ", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file and in Excel format;
2. A company card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name, contact phone number, e-mail – required;
3. Completed and certified "Supplier Requirements" file, letters of recommendation from customers
4. Charter, INN, KPP
