4. Technical requirements of the form for the Notice (allowed formats):
- Form №3 is mandatory in Word/Excel (with the possibility of editing) and scanned version with signature and print in PDF;
- Forms №1, №2, №4, №5 and №6, Annexes №3, №4 - necessarily scanned versions with signature and printing in PDF.

5. The request for proposals shall be accepted by companies that have submitted applications, prepared according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of Inquiry" (Clause 1.4, Clause 2.1).

6. This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
