Instructions for submitting proposals:
the file "Price to fill in" contains information on the supply of goods, characteristics, quality of circulation. The participant makes an offer for !!!everyone!!! circulation in column F, .
PRICES ARE INDICATED WITH VAT .

In the "Price List" file, the average price for each lot is calculated in the K column, which must be indicated on the ETP for the corresponding Lot – the price is displayed with VAT. Also, it is necessary to put down "yes / no" readiness to provide samples as soon as possible. The decision on choosing a supplier will be made not only on the basis of the pricing policy, but also the samples provided.
At the stages of rebidding (in case of an announcement), it is necessary to upload an updated file with the cost of goods and materials to the ETP.
Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the completed file "Price list".
Name and requirement for downloadable documentation:
General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to the ETP
1. Certified scanned copy of the final offer "Price List", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file;
2. Editable version of the "Price List" file, in excel format;
3. A partner's card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name, contact phone number, e-mail – required;
4. The Charter
5. Order on the right of signature of the Director of documentation
6.Counterparty verification Questionnaire
Documentation from the participant must necessarily meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

For information, the Buyer's contract form, an additional agreement on EDI and an additional agreement on tax clauses are posted on the ETP

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
