Payment terms:Prices are indicated in USD, taking into account all taxes, fees and duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the terms of DDP Moscow.

100% post-payment within 30 CD after signing the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS invoice-12; prices of nomenclature units are indicated in orders in US dollars; the ruble equivalent of payments for purchase orders is calculated based on the official exchange rate of the ruble against the US dollar set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment of the corresponding Order.
Delivery terms:The approximate volume during the calendar year is indicated in the appendix [06 Form КП.xlsx ]. The quantity indicated is indicative and can be adjusted.
Delivery of products is carried out by the Supplier and at his expense to the Customer's facility as the relevant orders are received from the Customer.

Comments:
The Bidder must complete and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [05 SoC.xlsx ].
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 15:00 Moscow time on 05/03/2024 (questions can be sent by e-mail Konstantin.manaenkov@x5.ru , as well as post it on the e-mail site in the "Explanations" section). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure must be formalized by the Bidders in writing.
Bids are accepted in accordance with the current Regulations of the B2B-Center Platform System.
