2. Information about the applicant (Appendix No. 2 in an editable format)
3. Information about the experience (Appendix №3)
4. Supplier Questionnaire (Appendix 4 in editable format)
5. Detailed technical and commercial offer, including information:
- proposed insurance program;
- detailed list of institutions;
- reliability class fear. companies;
- price for 1 policy in each region
- total cost in rub. with VAT (min 150 policies, max 200)
6. Certificate of OGRN
7. Copy of the license to perform the relevant activities (LCA)
8. Developed draft agreement
This request for proposals is not regulated by Art. 447- 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is not an offer of the Customer.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to enter into an agreement or to terminate the procedure for requesting commercial proposals at any time, without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
