Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for participants:
Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
Work experience of at least 1 year, in this industry, the presence of valid service contracts, at least one customer, in the service region.
The organization must have the necessary materials and spare parts, components, tools, devices, equipment and means to ensure the possibility of performing the declared types of work.
Absence of initiated cases and overdue obligations to third parties
The warranty period is at least 12 months for completed works, spare parts and materials
Departure to the place of work, delivery of spare parts and materials is carried out by the supplier's transport
Possibility of carrying out repairs on weekends
Consent to work on EDI (yes/no)
Consent to work on EDI (yes/no)

Other requirements and explanations:
Within 48 hours from the moment the Customer sends the Application and the necessary components for repair, upon diagnosis.
Elimination of the breakdown – within 24 hours, from the moment of receipt of the application, from the moment of sending electronic messages.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
