Invitation to participate in a request for proposals
We invite you to take part in the request for proposals in the form of electronic trading for the selection of supplier (s) for the writing of technological documentation and certification for the objects of "X5 Retail Group" (retail chain "Karusel")
The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The conducted RFQ is an invitation to make offers.
Procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
The request for proposals will be carried out in the form of a request for proposals in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 2). Participation in these auctions is free of charge.

Stage 1: will be conducted in the form of an open request for proposals in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix 1). The step of decreasing the bid offered by the participant for each lot is NOT set; initial bidding rates are set; it is not allowed to exhibit special offers by participants; Participants are not allowed to set the same rates per lot.
The request for proposals will be held from 03/31/2021. until 17:00 on 06.04.2021 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the trading regulations (Appendix No. 2).
To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• agreement with the terms of reference and readiness to work according to the contract without changing the terms of the contract in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• scanned copy of the accreditation certificate of the certification body in PDF format by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• regulations of the first stage of trading in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP (Appendix No. 2);
• participant's questionnaire, qualification criteria (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• the counterparty card (Appendix 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is on the simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents on the ETP;
• application-specification in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP (Appendix No. 1)
Proposals from companies that do not contain the entire list of requested documentation will not be accepted for consideration.
The offer must be valid until June 01, 2022.
The organizer of the request for proposals reserves the right to conduct rebidding. X5 Retail Group reserves the right to recognize one RFP winner for all lots or several RFP winners for one or a group of lots for each hypermarket and reserves the right not to recognize any of the participants as the winner.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
