Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

The procurement procedure can be carried out in several stages.
LLC "Eapteka" reserves the right to divide the Call for Bidding volume between several suppliers.

Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least 2 years.

Requirements:
• work experience of more than one year;
• presence/ability to provide services in all federal districts of EA;
• employees of the contractor involved in the Customer's facilities must have Russian citizenship.

Additional requirements:
• To travel to the Customer's facilities with spare equipment and accessories (hereinafter referred to as spare parts) to restore the systems' operability on the day of repair;
• Customer support by the Company during the period of cooperation on issues of working with products, visiting problem sites at the Customer's request;
• Carry out warranty repairs, replacement of equipment in accordance with warranty obligations under the Contract;
• If it is impossible to repair the equipment that has failed, provide on–site replacement of equipment for the period of repair and return of equipment;
• Comply with safety and fire safety regulations, labor protection and sanitation regulations when carrying out Work under the Contract;
• Inform the Customer about other identified malfunctions in the Security video surveillance System or non-compliance with the operation of the equipment;
• Upon completion of all installation work, the Contractor is obliged to transfer to the Customer a set of executive documentation, including the so-called passport for video surveillance system equipment, including general information and regulations, characteristics and purpose of equipment, information on video camera and server subsystems, video and sound recording, linear cable networks and a list of works, as well as structural diagrams and diagrams of the location of equipment and cable routes, specifications of materials and equipment, scanned copies of certificates and licenses.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
