Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Absolutely! Before the competitive bidding process is completed, send the counterparty's card (Appendix No. 2, in Excel format) by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace.
After the end of the competitive bidding process, send a signed confirmation of the offer (in free form) to the e-mail address: Olga.Pevneva@x5.ru .

Data on the number of TT (i.e. completed boxes) in each of the territories:
71 boxes - Far Eastern Federal District
500 boxes - Volga
270 korobov - Vostok
555 boxes - South
The completeness of the boxes will be provided together with the AP after the competition.
Deliveries are made to the addresses of the RC (list in the Bid Documentation). Distribution of boxes to specific RC will be at the stage of order implementation. The supplier is obliged to affix a marking (barcode, if possible) to the box, which allows immediate and unmistakable identification of products in accordance with the Customer's order.
If there is an instruction manual for the operation of Christmas decorations, then please attach it to this contest.
