• Company card certified with seal and signature;
• Copy (or amendments thereto) /1 page, basic provisions, membership of participants, by which body the executive body is elected, term of office of the executive body, size of statutory capital, last sheet (negotiable, with registration number of the registering authority);
• Copy of the Creation Decision
• Copy of State Registration Certificate
• Copy of the Tax Authority Registration Certificate;
• Document of authorization to sign the contract/copy of the election protocol (if the executive body was not elected in accordance with the current Statute, number, information from the Charter that was in effect at the time of election of the executive body (membership of the participants, by which body the executive body is elected and its term of office); power of attorney;
• Copy of the Extract from the EGRUL/EGRIP, valid not later than one (1) month, from the date of issuance;

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. This is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated participants from the competition.
