Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

This procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer.

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. This is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated participants from the competition.

IMPORTANTLY
You must provide (attach on site) the following list of documents:
1. Completed questionnaire based on the Buyer's model;
2. Company card, stamped and signed;
3. Copy (or amendments thereto) /1 page, basic provisions, membership of participants, by which body the executive body is elected, term of office of the executive body, size of statutory capital, last sheet (negotiable, with registration number of the registering authority);
4. Copy of the Creation Decision
5. Copy of State Registration Certificate
6. Copy of the Tax Authority Registration Certificate;
7. Document of authorization to sign the contract/copy of the election protocol (if the executive body was not elected in accordance with the current Statute, number, information from the Charter that was in effect at the time of election of the executive body (membership of the participants, by which body the executive body is elected and its term of office); power of attorney;
8. Copy of the Extract from the EGRUL/EGRIP, valid not later than one (1) month, from the date of issuance;
9. Document confirming the validity of the use of the trademark on the goods supplied under this contract (trademark registration certificate, license agreement registered in the procedure provided for by Russian legislation, other documents);
10. Staffing;
11. accounting (accounting) documentation;
12. a certificate from the tax authority on the existence or absence of debt to the budget (original);
13. tax authority verification certificates (originals).
14. documents confirming ownership (lease, sales agreement, etc.)
15. NWM (monthly reporting to the Russian Employers Pension Fund) for the previous month.
