Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

• The qualification requirements for the counterparty can be found in Appendix No. 2
• The technical requirements for the counterparty can be found in Appendix No. 3 (technical task)
• To conclude an agreement with the Customer, the Company will be required to provide (after receiving a separate request from the Customer):
- completed counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel electronic format (the relevant sheet is filled - "legal entity" or "physical person", all items are obligatory for filling, correction of the form is not allowed);
- scan copy (by e-mail) of the extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRIP) issued by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (no later than a month ago at the time of provision);
- original or notarized copy of the extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRIP) issued by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, issued not later than thirty days before the date of its provision to the Customer;
- notarized copies of the constituent documents, including all changes and additions to them (last edition);
- a notarized copy of the decision on the appointment of the head of the Company (minutes of the meeting of participants (shareholders) of the Company, decision of the sole founder);
- the original of the power of attorney (if any) on the person entitled to conclude and sign the Contract on behalf of the Company;
- a notarized copy of the decision to approve a major transaction, an interested party transaction, or an original certificate signed by the General Director and the Chief Accountant stating that the transaction is not a major transaction or an interested party transaction in accordance with Articles 45 and 6 of the Law "On Limited Liability Companies "And Articles 78, 81 of the Law" On Joint Stock Companies ";
- for joint-stock companies - the original of the extract from the register of shareholders issued not later than thirty days before the date of its provision to the Customer.


This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the prohibition of Art. 447-449 Civil Code and does not entail the emergence of jur. obligations at the customer's choice of supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
