Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD).
Delivery terms:•• The period of supply (cooperation) is from 01/29/2024 to 01/28/2025, i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new procurement procedure for the next period.

We invite you to take part in the request for commercial proposals for the selection of a supplier(s) of solid waste Bins for Distribution Centers of the Chizhik Retail Chain (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
The ongoing procurement procedure is not a Tender (a form of competitive bidding process) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing procurement procedure is an invitation to make offers. The Company is not obliged to choose a winner and has the right to complete the procurement procedure by rejecting all bids received.
