Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The proposed model must be admitted according to the tolerance card attached to the tender documentation, if the model is not in the tolerance card, documentation is required according to the technical a job to negotiate alternative model testing and obtain purchase clearance.

The purchaser may repeatedly improve their price proposal until the end of the bid.
