Comments:
1. A price request for services to ensure compliance with recycling standards is provided until 31.12.2022.. The procedure is carried out on the basis of the previously conducted PCO No. 3004512;

2. It is required to ensure compliance with the standards for the disposal of waste from Goods:
- Household refrigerators (4,574.00 tons by the end of 2022);
- Televisions (0.26055 tons until the end of 2022);
- Household washing machines (2,769.36 tons by the end of 2022).

3. Licensed suppliers are considered who have the necessary and sufficient amount of material and technical resources in strict accordance with the terms of reference;

4. All missing documents and any questions that arise, please ask through the "Explanations" tab;

5. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a contract may be terminated.;

6. At the conclusion of the contract, the Supplier's form is considered with the mandatory introduction of the following paragraph on liability:
"The Contractor is responsible under this Contract for the incompleteness, incorrectness and/or failure to provide all documents that the Contractor is obliged to provide to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract, as well as for damage and losses caused to the Customer and is obliged to reimburse the Customer for the losses, including those resulting from the presentation of claims and lawsuits against the Customer, the imposition of penalties by the regulatory authorities of the Russian Federation, in connection with this Agreement, on the basis of copies of supporting documents, except in cases where the Customer's losses arose as a result of gross negligence or intentional non-fulfillment of obligations by the Customer."
