The "Total" tab contains the necessary summary information on lots, price data excluding VAT. In column C, the final value is displayed (the sum of the cost of the Lot, taking into account the coefficient. – after filling in the Columns "Price of the Service Provider, rubles, without VAT" and "Coefficient. Service provider" in the "Price list" tab), which must be indicated on the ETP for the corresponding Lot – the price is entered without VAT.
At the stages of rebidding (in the case of an announcement), updated information is also entered from the column From the "Total" tab after adjusting the values/coefficients.
Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the calculation file with the preservation of all sheets.

General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

1. A certified scanned copy of the final proposal "TK with reference 2022", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file;
2. Editable version of the file "TK with reference points 2022", in excel format;
3. A partner's card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name, contact phone number, e-mail – required;
4. The completed and certified file "Qualification requirements" (in case of refusal to accept 1 of these items will be additionally considered for disqualification of the applicant)
