We invite you to participate in the request for proposals for the selection of stationery and household goods supplier (direct supply to branch facilities) for the Carousel FCS in 2022. From 01.01.2022 to 12/31/2022
The Competition is not a Competition (form of bidding) provided for by Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Competition is an invitation to make offers.

Procedures and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
The venue for the request for proposals is b2b-center.ru electronic bidding system.
Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Specification Application (Appendix #1) in accordance with the Technical Assignment.

The request for proposals will be held by the CHF branch until 15:00 on November 12, 2021 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the main time.

To participate in this stage, you will need to send:
• consent to the terms and conditions of the Technical Assignment and the willingness to sign the Customer's standard contract form, in the form of an official free-form letter on the Company letterhead in PDF with signature and by printing the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• PDF bidding regulations signed and stamped by the organization by uploading documents to the ETP
• Qualification Requirements Qualification Questionnaire (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the organization's signature and seal by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix #4) in Excel and PDF format with the organization's signature and seal by uploading documents to the ETP;
• If the Company is on a simplified tax system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the ETP;

The offer must be valid for at least a year, from the date of the request for proposals.
