Comments: Bidders need to submit proposals for all items of the Lot according to the file [05_form КП.xlsx ].
The planned volume given in [05_form КП.xlsx ] can be changed both up and down.
For items denominated in foreign currency, payment is made in Russian rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment. Prices are indicated without VAT.
To participate, you must fill out and attach to your bid by 11:00 Moscow time on May 15, 2024 all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [04_qualification Requirements.xlsx].
All documents must contain the name of the document.
Please note: Bidders who have not sent a complete package of documents through the B2B-Center Platform system or who have sent documents filled out incorrectly, as well as Bidders who do not meet at least one of the criteria listed in Appendix [03 Qualification Requirements.xlsx], are not allowed to the 2nd stage of the procedure and do not participate in further selection.
Questions within the procedure are accepted until 10:00 (Moscow time) 05/15/2024 (questions can be sent through the "B2B-Center Platform" system (www.b2b-center.ru ), and also send by e-mail Konkurs.transport@x5.ru ).
This procedure is a request for information, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
