Comments: The Bidder, by 17:00 (Moscow time) on April 01, 2024, must complete and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [07 Qualification requirements_v2.xlsx].
The Bidder must submit a bid for one, several or all Lots, as well as for all items within the selected Lot. It is not allowed to submit proposals for individual components of the Lot..
The volumes of demand are given in the appendix to the Bid Documentation [04 Form Commercial Proposal Merchandising_v2.xlsx], which is an integral part of it. The volume can be changed both up and down.
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 12:00 (Moscow time) on April 01, 2024 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru , as well as post it on the e-mail site in the "Explanations" section). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure must be formalized by the Bidders in writing.
In case of refusal to participate in the procedure, BE SURE to inform about it, indicating the reason, by 17:00 (Moscow time) "01" April 2024 to the address Konkurs@x5.ru .
