2. Telephone conferences with applicants in Moscow.
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.
The tender is divided into 12 lots, each of which is represented by a separate tab (sheet) with its own name.
In those lots for which you plan to give a quotation, it is necessary to fill in the cells highlighted in green. You can submit a quotation for any number of lots, but it is mandatory within one lot for the entire volume.

Initial participation in tender procedures on the website www.b2b-center.ru is possible according to promo codes (FREE).
Request for a promo code is possible only after registration at the electronic B2B-Center. Therefore, we draw your attention to the early registration on the electronic B2B-Center.
To receive a promo code, you must write a request by e-mail: bolgarovaaa@pik-comfort.ru and delva@pik-comfort.ru indicating the name of the tender, the name of the company and the company TIN.
In the future, it will be necessary to pay a monthly fee according to the selected tariff for the electronic B2B-Center.
4. INFORMATION FOR COMPLETING AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL:
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, price per unit, delivery time, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is required! In the table "Qualification information" you need to strictly select / fill out the values from those proposed in brackets (...).
In the technical and commercial proposal it is FORBIDDEN (!!!) to change the values in all cells except the green ones!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled-in format "Excel" - necessarily completed (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format.
All contractors of Mayak LLC must have permission to work with Mayak Group of Companies.

Venue of bidding:
