- Western Valley (coordinates 55.583223, 37.148529) – residential buildings
- Ostafevo, kindergarten. ~volume 2500 m3
- Tomilino, Mirny mkrn (coordinates 55.619622, 37.942441) – polyclinic and ambulance station, parking
- Balashikha (Moscow region, Balashikha City district, Balashikha, md. Aviatorov, Balashikha sh., vl. 4. and Kozheduba str.) – residential buildings
- Ivakino railway 2 and 3 (MO, Khimki, Ivakino quarter - coordinates 55.954683, 37.470772 )
2nd house: 3 sections (1st- 14th fl.; 2nd – 1st fl.; 3rd- 17th fl.) the beginning of works 02/15/2023
3rd house: 5 sections (4th - 17th floor; 1st – 14th floor) the beginning of works on 02/18/2023
