Comments:
Moscow Exchange, in preparation for the procurement event to select a media agency to provide planning and advertising services for Moscow Exchange in all media channels, list of potential participants, and invites you to participate in this procedure.
A framework agreement will be signed with the winner of the competition with a term of validity until December 31, 2020.

List of services:
1) Communication strategy preparation
2) Advertising on TV, Outdoor, Radio, Press, Digital, etc. for the Marketplace and other Moscow Exchange projects

1) Member is part of an international media holding
2) The agency's annual turnover is at least RUB 5 billion in the last reporting year, in accordance with the CRF (line 2110)
3) YL registration date no later than 01.01.2018
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
