Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Sure! During the bidding process, send the participant's questionnaire in the Excel format (Appendix No. 3) and the counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform.
After the end of the bidding, send a signed confirmation of the offer (in free form) to e-mail. address: Elena.Kashlyakova@x5.ru. Be sure to indicate in the subject line: "Cleaning Logistic Centers Macroregion Moscow."

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the prohibition of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of a jur. obligations of the customer to select a supplier.
