Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for Bidders:
When submitting the main bid, the Bidder's offer must FULLY comply with the customer's technical requirements (both trademark and technical description).
The Bidder has the opportunity to submit an alternative bid - this is an additional offer of the Call for Bidding Bidder. In an alternative bid, the Bidder may offer an equivalent of the purchased product, subject to mandatory indication of the trademark and technical characteristics of the equivalent.
Payment terms - 100% post-payment with a delay of 60 calendar days
Guarantee - according to the standard contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment)
Fixing the price until 12/31/2024.
Delivery by the supplier and at the expense of the supplier to all RC
A valid certificate or declaration of conformity of the goods with regulatory documents is attached to each batch of delivery of the goods
Consent to the delivery of goods, according to the requirements and deadlines specified in the terms of reference (7-21 calendar days from the date of bidding by the customer)
Consent to the provision of samples within 10 calendar days in accordance with the delivery addresses and volume specified in Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.
Specify the period during which the Bidder is ready to start shipping goods to the RC

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
