The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

Samples must meet the characteristics specified in the appendix to the TOR.

The request for proposals will be held from 12.07.22 to 12:00 on 14.07.22 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• agreement with the terms of the Terms of Reference and readiness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• bidding regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the ETP;
The commercial offer must be valid for at least a year from the date of the request for proposals.
